Prestatyn Town Council

front_of_buildingPrestatyn Town Council represents people of Prestatyn and Meliden giving a strong clear voice in local affairs. It has eighteen elected Town Councillors covering all parts of the town. Town Councillors are unpaid volunteers and do not receive allowances or expenses for work within the town boundary. Whilst the majority of local government services are provided by Denbighshire County Council, the Town Council provides an increasing range of support to help tailor services to meet local community needs.

Our small staff will always do their best to help and advise you on local concerns and services. You are welcome to attend meetingsof Council or its Committees. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact our offices or your Town Councillor.

Supports local organisation and events such as Walking Festival, Weekly walks, Carnivals, Flower Show, Classic Car Show, Holiday Leisure Activities and Welsh Assembly Government Free Swimming for local children.

Staff - Two full time and three part time including Community Health Improvement Officers who promote a wide range of local health improvement activities.

Friday: 9am - 4pm
